Honda Accord Type R

The letter "R" is always connected to these car units to classify that they belong in the Racing type of automobile. When Honda Accord Type R was made, the first intention of the company is to use this car for racetracks. But eventually Accord Type R was soon sold in a bigger market.
The Honda Accord Type R is made up of dual exit exhaust system, stiff chassis, twin-pot breaks, and a limited slip-differential. The interior of the car is built with leather trimmed MOMO steering wheel, which is very essential if you want to test the maximum feature of this car, and comfortable Recaro bucket seats. Moreover, the Honda Accord Type R has a 2.2 liter H22A7 VTEC motor engine. It is a type of Honda H engine with in-line 4-cylinder and an aluminum block and head. The side skirts and the rears are very impressive. It has a huge spoiler located at the back and there are stunning low profile tires with 18" wheels.
Due to its success, it had a progeny released in 2003 for the Japanese Domestic Market. It is the CL7 Accord Euro-R, almost having the same specifications as the Honda Accord Type R. However, the latter was built with a K20A I-VTEC motor engine.
